Learn a craft in your own home, with one to one lessons or with friends. In a couple of hours you can be crocheting, making your own beaded jewellery or designing your own cards and scrapbook or journal pages.

Crochet for beginners.
In one lesson learn the basics of crochet. I teach by first showing you how to make a chain, the foundation of crochet, then we move onto learing a stitch and making a granny square (It's my theory that Granny squares rule the world of crochet and in mastering them the rest of the crochet universe is a doddle (well nearly!)). Depending on your confidence and how well you feel you have learnt 'the Granny' we will the move onto making a basic square of crochet by stitching into a chain (dun dun dunnnn, don't worry it's not as hard as it sounds!)

Beaded jewellry for beginners.
Make a pair of unique earrings or a simply stunning bracelet of your own design. I'll teach you the basics of using findings, selecting beads and stringing or wire wrapping to create your very own jewellery. You will be able to choose from a selection of vintage, crystal, gem stone and just gorgeous beads from a collection built up over 25 years and use sterling silver (or not if you prefer) findings (that's the clasps and ear hooks and stuff).
